After a crazy few weeks of work I’m in recovery mode. Whether it be working or training for an event, recovery time is important. I’m in sleeping, eating and relaxing mode at the moment.

I’ve taken the last 5 days off to recover and relax. Tomorrow the work starts again. Contacting potential team mates, researching the route and stepping up the search for a vehicle. Along side these activities, on the more fun side are a couple of Yes Man Challenges.

It’s 3 weeks until my first triathlon. I haven’t done much training recently so I’m going to be working hard towards this for the next few weeks.
